Mid to late May garden Growth 2019




 Birds and Perennials


House Wrens are back May 17/2019

May 15th Flower beds

Tulips are up, Goldenrod is sprouting 
Where is my Clematis?
I planted a new clematis, a pink Ville de Lyon, and then my overwintered Jackimani Superba came up. :)

Monkshood and Orange daylily sprouting

Jacob's ladder was one of the first to sprout and bloom

Lamium
Lamium is growing well- Stackstone Bed

Persian Cornflowers are sprouting Stackstone bed

Red Current bush is getting leaves. 

Had to spray neem oil on red current bush. it always seems to attract the caterpillars which strip the leaves.

Male Gross beak at the feeder.

They were looking so beautiful until someone ate the buds off.
